H-Tech Manufacturing & Testing Solutions combines specialized manufacturing with environmental testing for demanding and regulated industries at the H-Tech site in Neuhausen. Manufacturing capabilities include optical systems produced in cleanroom environments, series production for automotive applications and certified assembly for airborne components. Alongside these capabilities, environmental testing has become a central part of the company’s expertise. Components and systems are tested against the conditions they are expected to withstand throughout their operational lifetimes. Testing capabilities include EMC, vibration and climate testing, with dedicated expertise for regulated sectors such as aerospace and automotive. For airborne applications, testing is performed in accordance with DO-160G requirements. Automotive components are evaluated against ISO 16750, while other products are tested according to the standards relevant to their respective industries.
